Chiropractor Sydney Approach to Back Pain.
This type of lower back pain is usually felt where the spine meets the pelvis, close to the spine, or slightly to the side where the lower back meets the hip. It is often described as a deep ache or localised tension that can become chronic and persistent over time. The muscles of the hip and pelvis are usually very much involved, but they are often overlooked as a major contributing factor. The pain may also extend into the back or side of the leg, many people confuse this with a “pinched nerve”. Kieran has treated quite a few people over the years whose one-sided lower back pain stemmed from a chronically tense and “bound up” shoulder on the same side of the lower back, rather than tension spreading up to the neck and shoulder it spread down to lower back and hip namely from the erector spinae muscles. Like with most pain, where it is felt is typically just the symptom, many people end up wasting a lot of time and money on treatments that only provide a temporary fix and commit to long-term rehab plans or corrective care plans lasting months which mainly just mask the symptoms with adjustments only chiropractic or core exercises, with the right approach most people with one-sided lower back pain only need 3-4 visits.
